Do you want to file a complaint?
We do our very best to offer the best service we can. Nevertheless, it can always occur that mistakes are made. Should it happen that you have been treated improperly by one of our drivers, you can file a complaint with us.
Did you lose something in the taxi?
When one of our drivers reports a found object, we will post it on iLost.nl. If you found something in one of our taxis, you can post it on iLost as well. Read more on the page lost and found.
