Book a taxi via WhatsApp
Almost everyone has WhatsApp installed and many people use this handy messaging service every day. This is no different for our dispatchers.
You can not only book a taxi with our own Staxi App, but also via WhatsApp! If you’ve already booked a Staxi and you want to inquire about or change your reservation, you can also send us a message. We’re available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through WhatsApp.
Pickup from Schiphol Airport
We couldn’t make it easier if we tried. Just send a WhatsApp message to our operator while you’re at the luggage belts and your taxi will be waiting for you at the Staxi Pick-up Point when you’re ready to go.
Using WhatsApp, it’s easy to stay in touch and give us an update when your luggage has arrived and you’re all set for your transfer. We can easily send the details of your taxi driver to you and guide you to the right location for your pickup.
Live Location
It can be a bit tricky to find the right taxi at Amsterdam Airport. We do our best to make it as easy as possible. Your driver will call you when he’s near. If you then add him on WhatsApp and share your live location with the driver (or; ask the driver to share his live location), your pickup will surely be effortless. This feat may also come in handy for pickups from other crowded locations like Central Station or Leidseplein.
